This is the lovely mum of one of my grooms during his speech. Even though most of the images I share on here are beautiful portraits - and even though I love taking these and think they’re super important - they are actually the minority of photos I take on a wedding day. Most of your gallery will be made up of natural, candid, in between moments. The moments you didn’t see the first time round and the moments that will always remind you of how you and your guests felt on the day. Messy, unposed moments. Photos of family members and friends at their happiest, their most emotional and yes, even their drunkest 🤣 Even all of this sounds cliched now (and I hate Instagram for that), but these are the photos I believe in, the photos I love from my wedding day and the photos my couples comment on most from theirs. They’re the reason most people book me after seeing a full gallery of a friend or family member. I’m going to try to share more of them on here so you can see for yourselves what I’m going on about!
