It’s hard to admit and face that fact that I have been struggling...struggling with weight loss, emotions, stress...there’s so much that has gone on in my life over the few years...good and bad. I share this because I know there are others out there like Me, that need to hear this and read this. 👀 .
After having a hysterectomy in June 2018, my body has had a mind of its own despite my best fitness efforts and staying mostly on track with nutrition. I do admit over the past few months that some unhealthy habits were creeping back on due to personal emotions and stress...more snacking, extra sweets, unnecessary eating lately. So, it was time to do something about it before seeking medical attention. Hence, my reason for wanting to reset my body! 👌🏻
Over the past 21 days, I took a break from workouts (only did yoga one time) and shifted my focus solely on my nutrition. This 21 day nutrition plant based/detox reset is meant for people who are struggling with their health, food, cravings, weight, low energy and fatigue. This was ALL my struggles! 😬

Yes, I made sacrifices during these 21 days (Halloween, no going out to eat, no caffeine, brought my own food to party) but it was 💯% worth it! I NEEDED this more than ever and I am so proud of what both my mind and body have accomplished! 👏🏻
