“Protect your peace” ✨ has become my mantra the last couple months. I’ve recognized a huge difference in the days that I am intentional about “centering” myself, vs the days where I’m kinda thrown to and fro by whatever chaos ensues in the day 😂. Which usually ends up with me feeling anxious, and even sick sometimes from not holding that space for myself.
What do you do to “protect your peace?”. For me, I’ve found it super effective to set aside 30 minutes of journaling + reflection including 5 minutes of meditation simply focused on my breath. It’s like I can envision this bubble of peace around me and I find myself less reactive and more capable of moving through challenging moments. I’m still working on it, but wanted to share what’s working for me! I would love to know what works for you?? 🌞🌜✨
