I’m living breathing and sleeping house hunting at the moment. Every day rightmove has me fixated on a different property. I’ve mentally painted the outside walls of the current apple of my eye a pretty pink, which by-the-by is approximately three minutes walk from the beach. Never mind that it’s considerably pricier than our absolute max budget. They’ll consider reducing it for us, will they not?! 🙃 trying not to be deluded. Trying 🤪 would love to hear some of your house hunting stories. Especially the ones where you offered less than the sellers were asking and they accepted 😁

Though the Emirates Air Line Cable Car has had a difficult history, with many calling it ‘impractical’ and questioning the usefulness of its location, I’m not going to lie - for novelty value and river views I personally love it! I think it’s worth making the trip at least once. Have you been? 🚠

Claybury Hospital was a psychiatric hospital in Woodford Bridge, London. It was built to a design by the English architect George Thomas Hine who was a prolific Victorian architect of hospital buildings. It was opened in 1893 making it the Fifth Middlesex County Asylum. Historic England identified the hospital as being "the most important asylum built in England after 1875". It later closed in 1979 the grounds are now luxury houses and apartments.
