Enjoy the present moment- this exact moment.
Embrace where you’ve been. Thank it for getting you here - this present moment.
Thank yourself for all you chose, all the experiences and people (good bad hard) that made you the you that you are.
Have visions, dreams, goals for the future. Yes.
But don’t stay so rigid in the methods, the final destination, the route and navigation to get there.
Life is full of potholes, traffic jams, reroutes, miscalculations, unforeseen needs to take a new or different exit.
Remain committed but open.
There’s always always going to be different unforeseen seasons of life. Some will be seen like the traffic report the morning of the trip. Others won’t and will just happen in the midst of a seemingly clear road.
Embrace where you find yourself.
Love the season, the road, the you that you are.
Get lost, take a few uncalculated unplanned exits. Sometimes the lost, the unseen, the unplanned lead you to right where you need to be.
Now and in the not so distant future.
There’s always so much to be learned, to be grateful for, to embrace, to experience.
So much that is needed. Many of the difficult seasons are needed. For deepening. For clarity. For healing. For shedding. For releasing. For learning. For slowness or fastness.
I’ve been in a slow season.
A season of healing.
A season of forgiveness and love.
A season of coming home. To me.
Taking all the experiences, good and bad.
Taking all the vast various parts pieces passions interests and connections.
Releasing and relearning.
Reconnecting and disconnecting.
Coming back and letting go.
Unlearning and relearning.
Scraping and painting and repainting.
Shedding layers of others and others truths. Truths for them but not for me.
All to come back to the core of me.
And it’s beautiful. #mentalhealth #anxiety #healing #presentmoment
