Arimidex (Anastrozole): Arimidex was released in the 90s and holds its place as the strongest AI on the market. It is a Non-Steroidal Aromatase Inhibitor. Unlike Exemestane, Anastrozole has no androgenic impacts. It is a heme AI, which simply means it alters conversion and production as well as binding of estrogen. Never take Arimidex daily or regularly. This is not just going to impact your E2 levels, but Anastrozole will also impact your bone density. Redundantly in several clinical trials Arimidex was shown to reduce Bone Density when taken regularly. Since it impedes Estrogen production and binding regular use can cause your body to lose the ability to self regulate. Arimidex also bumps your Triglycerides up tremendously, Which is unlike Exemestane. Contrary to Arimidex, Exemestane (Aromasin) has also been shown to increase Luteinizing Hormone production as well as FHS. Arimidex has no such positive side affects. However Arimidex will deal with intracellular water build-up, libido crash, and moodiness as well as sensitive nipples. This is a feat left unboasted by any other AI in existence. While things like Tamoxifen will bring down the intracellular water, it will not control production and conversion. This means long term buildups can lead to wild rebounds. Hence why taking Arimidex on a hard cycle is strongly recommended. Arimidex has a 12 hour half-life and a 24 hour active life. Dosages however will vary from, not needing it at all, to as much as 3mg a week on a very heavy cycle. Arimidex should always be kept on hand. it is always a matter of when and not if. While Proviron can do a fantastic job at limiting your aromatization, it will not be able to control massive estrogen spikes produced by your body in natural response to your boosted androgens. Atimidex can also have strong use in combating androgenic acne and other side effects. Still, Arimidex should not be abused. #strength #bodybuilding #powerlifting #gym #workout #fitness

“Diets don’t work” Ok- but with that mentality neither does bathing. Why take a bath when you are GUARANTEED to need to take another within the next couple of days? Now it is true that crash diets don’t work! Crash diets are like taking a shower and using tile cleaner to wash your skin. Sure it will get your skin super clean but you are going to really damage your skin! Just because tile cleaner is damaging doesn’t mean you should never clean your skin. You should just find a cleanser that washes your skin in a way that is helpful not harmful. It’s the same way with dieting. Find a way of eating that works for YOU. A way you can enjoy, that nourishes you, and that you can maintain until your 80 years old. Sure, you won’t always enjoy eating healthy- it’s a discipline. Just like some days bathing is a discipline.
